How do I care for and display my artwork?
Every piece is shipped with a care guide included. If you lose your care guide, I have digitised versions available by clicking here. For additional help, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
When should I expect to receive my order?
If your artwork is being sent to an address within Australia you can expect to receive it within about 3-7 business days, if the address is in a rural or remote area this may take longer. If your artwork is being sent to an address within Australia and you do not receive it within 2 weeks please contact me immediately and I will attempt to find it. If the artwork cannot be found within a month from me sending it to an Australian address we will discuss remakes or refunds.
Commissions
How much will a custom artwork cost?
The cost of my custom artwork is dependent on size, complexity, and materials. Click here for the section of my commissions page which breaks down my pricing and gives you an approximate idea of what a custom piece will cost.
How does the process of getting a custom piece work?
- Request a commission using this form on my commissions page.
- I will respond to your request with a quote in AUD and ask for any more information I need
- If you are happy with the price and would like to proceed, I will make example sketches and send photos of colour samples (and paper if applicable) for your approval
- Once you are happy with these plans I will give you a timeframe of how long the artwork should take me to complete and start working on your piece
- As I work on your piece I will send you progress photos for feedback to ensure I am creating exactly what you want
- Once I finish the piece I will get your feedback on it again and tweak accordingly if you want any adjustments
- We will continue tweaking and feedback until I have your final approval
- Once I have this approval, I will send you a link to the product listing for the commission. From here it works the same as shopping online for any product. Just add it to your cart when you're ready and checkout.
- As soon as I receive the order/payment I will ship your artwork to you. I will notify you when I have sent the order.
- Receive your artwork and enjoy!
When do I pay?
Once the piece is complete and I have your final approval, I will send you a link to the product listing for the commission. From here it works the same as shopping online for any product. Add it to your cart, checkout, and as soon as I receive the order/payment I will ship your artwork to you!

What can I commission?
Mediums, surfaces, and sizing:
I make:
- Drawings made with coloured and/or graphite pencils on paper or MDF board
- Paintings made with acrylic paints on paper, MDF board, canvas, and more
I may be able to create your piece on a surface not listed above if my materials work on it correctly. This may come at an additional cost.
Whilst my pricing guide only shows some standard sizes, I absolutely accept custom dimensions big or small!

I am open to most ideas and concepts. NSFW material will be considered on a case by case basis.
I reserve the right to decline requests for commissions at my own discretion, but will always endeavour to provide a reason for declining and am open to negotiation. It is highly likely that I will accept your request, please don't fear!
How long will the commissions process take and can it be expedited?
The time it will take will depend on complexity, size, and shipping destination. As well as client responsiveness. For an A4 piece, from initial request to receiving your delivery this may take a little over a month on average. I will give you a more accurate estimate after receiving your request. I may be able to expedite the process on a case by case basis for an additional cost. If you would like this, please let me know in your request how quickly you need it and we will discuss.
Do you offer framing?
Sorry but I cannot currently offer framing due to the shipping logistics. But if you see photos of a framed artwork you like on my website I am happy to tell you what frame I used so you can acquire one.
