I really like working with lots of people at once, and I really really like making sure they're going to be safe at work. Thats why reading sections of the NSW Work Health and Safety Act (2011) doesn't make me want to scream.
I'm not just about safety though, I love creativity, making art, and helping other people make their creative visions come to life.

Risk Assessments
Safety is my top priority, and I believe that having a thorough risk assessment done before you start rolling is key to success.
They can help reduce the chance of injuries, disasters, and assist in keeping productions on time and budget.
Shooting Schedules
I like to schedule or order per shot. I've found that this often allows every minute of time to be utilised most effectively, and makes adapting to sudden changes easier.
If you think this won't suit your production, I will change my approach to fit your project.
